Fruity -

Why Fruit?

God created mankind with free will...
- in His image.
- to have a relationship with Him.
God created a perfect, beautiful place for mankind to live so that they could spend time there together.
In this perfect, beautiful creation were thousands of plants bearing fruit that could be eaten (today, we know of 20,000 edible plants in the world) ... only one plant that God created was NOT to be eaten.
WHY? ... Was it ugly? ... Was it inedible? ... Was it poison?
NO on all those reasons ... It was the choice that would tell God whether we love Him or stuff more.
Every person that has ever lived has had this same choice ...
- What have you CHOSEN? ... What are you CHOOSING?
- What will you choose?
Was God "unfair"?

Why a Talking Snake?

God did not create a snake that talks... Satan talked through the snake because it intrigued Adam & Eve.
Satan used the snake because he could (has the power).
Satan chose a snake because it was "the shrewdest of all the wild animals God had made." (Adam & Eve knew that)
Satan made his choice long ago.
Misery loves company!
Why do we have a problem with snakes?
Was Satan "unfair"?

Why a lie?

A lie is what caused the pride in Satan to begin with (the fall).
Lies are tools that destroy anything or anybody that comes in contact with them.
One lie caused the downward spiral of the totality of mankind and the deterioration of the world itself.
Satan is called the "Father of Lies" because he first introduced lying to man.
Lying is pure deception in many forms
Was a lie "unfair"?

1. There were TWO trees in the middle of the garden... the tree of life & the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

God has GIVEN us the gift of choice in life.

2. Satan will ALWAYS try to interfere in the plans God has for us!

• When Satan tempts us he will ALWAYS make it look good.

• When Satan tempts us he will ALWAYS lie.

• When Satan tempts us it will ALWAYS look as if we are missing out.

• When Satan tempts us we must choose.

3. The Choices we make will always IMPACT and, in most cases, CHANGE our lives!

• Life is all about choices.

• God will direct our choices if we will LISTEN when He speaks.

• God's commands are ALWAYS for our good no matter what the choice.

• We make good choices when we use God's wisdom.

• Is your life where is should be because of your choices?
