About God

God is the Creator and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

About Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.

CenterPoint is about people of all ages who need purpose in their lives. It's not about buildings, programs, or methods.

CenterPoint is about connecting to God and each other ...Real connections we call relationships.

CenterPoint is committed to "Being" and Making" fully developed followers of Jesus as we grow through life together.

CenterPoint is about people who want more than the status quo. We believe we're on mission with God sharing the only real hope for this world: the life-changing power of Jesus Christ!

What... we believe... we do!

The "What" in life reveals what's in us! A family of believers is known by the "What" of their lives. We believe in keeping our ministries as simple as possible. We strive to be "Authentic" and "Real" in what and all we do as a family, from our teaching the truth of God's Word, discipling, mentoring, and the activities of every ministry and event.

Outreach

CP Outreach is how we love our community! We believe Jesus gave us the example and command to love those He puts in our lives and beyond.

We start all of our outreach opportunities with prayer. We desperately need the direction from God to know where the greatest needs are. There are so many hurting people in this world today and we want to help all that have needs we can meet. We try to have a outreach project every quarter of the year. We also use God's finances to reach as many people as we can.

We would love to have you come be a part of the CP family and share in the many opportunities to serve those in the world around us!

Life

One thing we take very seriously is living and serving together. CP Life is a way we do that. There are many facits to CP Life:

On Monday mornings at 9:30 a.m., women of CenterPoint meet together to study God's Word. Women are currently meeting at the Lowe's home. There is always room for more! Contact the church for more information.

On Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m., we meet together at CenterPoint to study God's Word. We have such a great time meeting together to learn what God is saying through specific portions of Scripture or special studies that God has laid on our hearts. (Childcare will be available if you let us know you will be attending.)

Currently, we are studying about the many different religions of the world and how they differ from God's Word. We will also discuss the beliefs of church denominations. It is a very interesting study and a chance for us all to learn more about other beliefs around us. Come join us!

On Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m., men meet together at Neighbor's Mill and discuss their lives and how God is working through all of us.

Whatever we do together, there is one thing that matters the most and that is being together! Come live life with us!

Children

CP Kidz is CenterPoint’s children’s ministry. We believe our children are the church of tomorrow, and that is vitally important to us and to this world!

We consider it a privilege to teach your children about our Lord, Jesus Christ. Our desire is to partner with parents to raise up a godly generation. Our goal in teaching our children is teaching them the truth of God's Word and how to apply it to their lives!

Jesus said in Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Just as Jesus welcomed the children, we welcome your child and hope you will find the CP Kidz Ministry well-staffed with warm, caring adults who desire to teach your children about the love of Christ.

Our WeeKidz (Newborn - 1 Year Olds), KidzWorld (2 Year Olds - 4 Year Olds), and KidZone (K - 5th Grade) meet on Sunday mornings during the adult worship experience. Bring your children to learn about God!
